A few years ago, I embarked upon a mission to archive my family’s physical history — the photographs, the letters, the autograph books, and all the rest of the assorted ephemera that becomes a part of a family’s legacy. Using all the technology available to me, I have developed techniques and processes that guarantee the highest quality digital reproduction, restoration, and preservation of family memories.
And you know what? I have always known how cool my family is, but the deeper I delve into it, the cooler and cooler it gets, and I can’t shut up about it. Because of this, I am frequently asked to help out with other families’ information, to teach others best practices in imaging and digital restoration, and to provide such services, which I truly enjoy doing.
So I have created The Legacy Project, a service to help others preserve their family history. These services include:
- Lossless archival
- Photo and Document Restoration
- Presenting at Family History Seminars
- Instruction and Mentoring
As this blog site is relatively new, I am still working out the particulars. Please contact me for more information about this project.
